To solve the issue please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.            Click on Start à Services.msc and press Enter. It will open Services Console.    Right, Click on Print Spooler à Click on Start.  Try to print or add printer. If you get the same error message then follow the below steps to clears corrupted spooled files. C Drive à Windows à System 32 à Spool à Printers  Select all the files and folder and delete it.    Now start the print spooler service and test printing. This should solve the issue.
