Step by Step Windows 2016 installation:

Windows 2016 installation is the simple procedure. Please follow below steps to install Windows 2016 standard edition.
     1)      Boot the server using Windows 2016 DVD. 

    2)      Select Language, keyboard settings, and click Next.


1 3)      Click on Install Now.
























            4)       Select OS version: Windows 2016 standard edition (Desktop experience) 


























     5)      Select Installan type: Custom 
    

    6)      Select Hard Disk and Click on new to create a partition and Click next to start the installation.




























   7)      After restart, à enter the new password for Administrator Account.

  Windows 2016 installation is complete; you can start installing roles and features.

Gemalto has provided a utility to calculate the response using Gemalto response calculator so that blocked .net smart cards can be unblocked. First, download and install Gemalto Mini Drive from Gemalto website. Now, push below group policy on all domain client machines so that users can get challenge when their smart cards are blocked. Open Group Policy Management Console à Computer Configuration à Administrative Templates à Windows Components à Smart Card à Enabled “Allow Integrated Unblock screen to be displayed at the time of Logon”.
